Most of us are pretty negative thinkers, and sometimes we catastrophize. I am no different, and I work very hard to be positive and realistic. I have a practice to offer you that I have been using for years, thanks to my dear friend, Claudette Chartrand.
Whenever you notice you are having negative, fearful thoughts, be willing to let go of the thoughts or the “story” you are telling yourself, and say, “What else is possible?”. Then just move on with what you are doing. Then be open to much better things happening, than what you had in your mind!
Do this over and over and over again….what I know personally, is that we can create much better outcomes for ourselves in all areas of our lives!
